Our History

COFCO Le Conte Food (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in 1990.

Devoted itself to providing consumers with delicious high-quality food, COFCO Le Conte Food (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has continually invested a lot of resources to perform product research and development. Up to now, Le Conte's product range has covered chocolate, candies and puff food.

Le Conte chocolate, the main product of Le Conte Company is well known and enjoys a second high market share in Chinese market.

The puff food ZOOTS and soft jelly candy JELLEE are newly lunched products. With high technology content and rich categories, they will provide consumers with abundant taste experiences.

Shareholders:

Le Conte was formed by 2 shareholding companies, namely, COFCO International Limited and BVI No.102, which respectively holds 86% and 14% of the total shares. These two companies both are shareholding companies of China National Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs Corporation (COFCO).
COFCO is one of 44 large-sized state-owned corporations under the State Council. Since 1994, COFCO has been voted as one of the World’s Top 500 for successive 10 years. COFCO owns two Hong Kong listed companies, a diverse range of business and many famous brands such as “Great Wall” wine, “Fulinmen” cooking oil, “Le Conte” chocolate and etc.
